When a consignor accepts your offer, most of what follows is automated. Your hands-on work is a short list.
Your offer was conditional on inspection, so the handoff is your inspection point. You confirm the item matches the description before you take it on (see Condition Checks).
Handoff: drop-off or pick-up
Once accepted, the consignor gets the item to you by drop-off or pick-up, sorted in chat. Driver pickup and shipping are coming soon.

Where you do something
- Take the handoff by drop-off or pick-up, and check the item.
- List it and flip it live once you are happy.
- Reply in chat if the consignor messages you.
- Arrange a reclaim in the rare case one is requested.
Everything else, the notifications, the wardrobe updates, and the payout, runs on its own.
