Finding requests
- Direct requests land in your Requests Inbox. These are users who invited your store.
- Public consignments are browsable on the Map View or List View. Send an offer where your store is a good match.
Sending an offer
The one thing you set on each offer is your commission rate, the percentage you keep from each sale. See Commission Rates.
Two fields come pre-filled from your store defaults, so you do not set them every time:
- Delivery, the methods you accept (see Delivery Methods).
- Consignment period, how long you hold and list an item before it returns to the consignor.
You can add an optional note with your offer. Once you send it, the user reviews your offer alongside any others and picks the reseller they want to work with.
